01 What happens during my first visit?
A fifteen-to-twenty minute conversation before anything else. We look, we listen, we x-ray only if there's a reason to. You leave with a written plan, the pricing in black and white, and zero pressure to book the next visit. Most patients do — but that's on their terms, not ours.
02 Do you offer instalment plans?
Yes. For anything above ₹25,000 we offer interest-free EMIs over 3, 6, or 9 months, subject to verification. For implants and full-mouth rehabilitations we offer a dedicated financing partner at 9-month zero-cost. Ask at the desk.
03 Is teeth whitening safe for sensitive teeth?
In most cases yes — but the protocol must be calibrated. We use a desensitising pre-treatment, a lower-concentration gel, and stage the sessions over two weeks. If sensitivity is significant, we'll recommend an at-home tray system you can control from the kitchen table.
04 How long do dental implants actually last?
A well-placed, well-maintained Swiss-grade implant has a clinical track record of twenty to thirty years — often the rest of a patient's life. The crown on top is the part that usually needs replacement around the 15-year mark. We use Straumann and Nobel Biocare systems; both come with lifetime implant warranties.
05 Do you see children?
We do, from around age three. The first visit is deliberately unhurried — no tools, no chair reclined, just a hello and a show-and-tell of the room. Most kids leave asking when they can come back. Parents are welcome in the operatory throughout.
06 What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Just call or WhatsApp. We hold your slot unless we hear otherwise — and we don't charge cancellation fees for consultations or hygiene reviews. Surgical slots have a 24-hour notice request, simply because the team blocks time for them.
